Thank You Atlantic Stewardship Bank! The Wayne First Aid Squad would like to thank Atlantic Stewardship Bank Tithing Program for its generous donation to the squad on Jan 26, 2011. Township First Aid squad saw record call volume in 2010 The Wayne First Aid Squad experienced a record year during 2010, having responded to a whopping 4,562 ambulance calls around the township. The squad, a volunteer agency for the past 68 years, has about 75 members. Their record year for 2010 reflected 88 more calls than were answered in 2009. Volunteerism a way of life… The Wayne Today newspaper sat down with 4 of our members to discover why volunteerism and the overwhelming desire to help people is a way of life on the Wayne Township Memorial First Aid Squad. Winter 2011 Fund Drive now in Progress Our Winter 2011 residential fund drive is now in progress. Our all volunteer First Aid squad relies on the community for financial support so we can purchase supplies and equipment, maintain our vehicles and provide First Aid services free of charge for the residents of Wayne Township. Please help us reach our fundraising goals.
